2 Weeks Self Defense Classes for Kids Bring your children to these awesome classes for ages 6 thru 14 that will instruct them in the basics of self defense and give them a great workout to help them get fit or even get them in superior shape. A physically fit child is more able to excel in his academics as well as other sports! Classes are held in a fully equipped and air-conditioned studio to maximize their training. No hot broiling sun here! Your child will learn how to recognize danger, make distance to avoid it and also how to physically protect themselves if necessary. Unlike traditional martial arts classes, we emphasize their training to quickly get them to a level of proficiency of self defense that will increase their confidence.
